---------Please note: - Okefenokee Pastimes Off-Season Information:
June, July, August and the first half of September are considered our off-season. We traditionally close our public retail & office operations during this time period and what we offer is strictly by reservation only and for selected services. It allows us to work on different projects and catch up on maintenance etc in order to improve our business and lives. We have done this now for the past 9 years.
--------Only Deluxe Cabins, Guided Tours, and Special Large Group multi-night camping or camping with guided services included are available June - Sept.18th, by an advance reservation and with certain stipulations. Please e-mail us for more information on the Deluxe Cabin rentals, Guided Tours or special large group multi-night camping or multi night camping combined with a guided tour, those selected services only offered during off season or for inquiry about reservations during other times of the year.
---------We will try to catch our phone (912) 496-4472 to take reservations and answer any questions about our business Monday through Friday 5:30pm to 6:30pm Eastern USA time. If you miss us please try again the next day unless you cannot seem to catch up with us then leave a message (please be detailed and thorough with your inquiry) and a way and time we can contact you by phone if we can accommodate what your asking. An awful lot can be handled over the net but we will need a phone call or a fax to secure your credit card info for solid reservation dates.

----------During the off-season June 1- Sept 18th. we do not take Wednesday as our day off, which means a tour date or a late afternoon cabin check-in could be provided on an off-season Wednesday.
-----------Please understand that during this period our off season info takes priority and could be contrary to other info posted elsewhere on this web site.

Also, please be aware that we close our Office on Sundays now, all check-in or guiding and shuttling activities need to be by pre-arranged reservation times on Sundays. - thank you.
